Thankful, Full, and Covered

Thanksgiving is the perfect mix of food, family, and funny stories you’ll retell for years. From the chaos of cooking to the awkward debates around the dinner table, there’s no holiday quite like it. It’s a time to reflect, reconnect, and realize just how much gravy one person can spill in a single day.

The day usually starts with grand plans. You’ve got the turkey in the oven, the sides prepped, and your stretchy pants ready for action. Everything seems under control—until the mashed potatoes bubble over and someone “accidentally” eats all the deviled eggs before guests arrive. But somehow, it all comes together. The laughter drowns out the mishaps, and the smell of stuffing makes everyone forget the smoke alarm went off.

As guests trickle in with their casseroles and opinions, the house fills with warmth. Kids run wild, adults trade stories, and someone always claims they make the best pie. Spoiler alert: Grandma still holds that title.

While we pass the rolls and sneak extra servings of sweet potatoes, it’s also a great time to think about what we’re thankful for—like our homes, our health, and yes, even our insurance. Because while you may not want to talk about coverage while carving the turkey, it’s nice knowing that your home and belongings are protected—just in case Cousin Ed drops the cranberry sauce on your brand-new rug or Aunt Carol sets off the fire alarm trying to flambé dessert.

At Combined Insurance Service LLC, we’re thankful for our amazing clients and the trust you place in us. We’re here to help you feel confident and covered—through holidays, hiccups, and everything in between.

So eat the extra slice of pie, laugh a little louder, and know we’ve got your back. Happy Thanksgiving from all of us to you and yours!
